## What it does

NizViewer adds the following fields to Indeed job cards when the listing provides or mentions them:

- Actual job posting date and age
- Salary and compensation text
- Remote, hybrid, or onsite work setup
- Experience requirement
- Day, night, mid, rotating, or swing shift
- Job type and degree requirement
- Benefits, allowances, and perks
- Mentioned technologies grouped by category

It works on Indeed landing pages, search result pages, and individual `/viewjob?jk=...` pages. Search cards can fetch their public job detail page without requiring the user to click each card.

## How the posting date is found

NizViewer reads structured job data and network responses that Indeed sends to the user's browser. It associates publication timestamps with Indeed job keys. It shows a calendar date when a valid timestamp is available and reports missing information when a field cannot be detected.

## Search and review features

Users can filter extracted jobs by technology, work setup, posting age, salary availability, and experience. They can copy visible rows and export CSV.

## Privacy and limitations

The extension requires no NizViewer account. Extracted data is cached in local browser extension storage and is not sent to a NizViewer server. NizViewer is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Indeed. Extracted values can be incomplete or misclassified, so users should confirm important details in the original posting.
